Stillness

Stillness

Stillness is often mistaken for absence.
In reality, it is a gathering.

When movement quiets, subtler things come forward — breath, sensation, thought unedited. The mind does not need to be emptied here. It only needs permission to slow.

Notice how your body responds to stillness.
Where tension softens.
Where resistance remains.

There is no expectation that calm will arrive fully formed.
It tends to appear in fragments.

Allow that to be enough for now.
