When will my candle be ready? Candles need time to set and cure for the best burn. Most candles are ready for pickup within24–48 hours.

What is the curing time? For the cleanest burn and strongest scent, we recommend a full cure of7–14 days. Your candle will be usable sooner, but it gets better with time.

Can I pick up my candle? Yes. Pickup is available during scheduled pickup windows. You’ll receive instructions at the end of class.

Can my candle be delivered locally?
Yes, local delivery may be available for an added fee based on distance and schedule.

Can you ship my candle? Yes. Shipping is available. We’ll pack your candle securely and send tracking once it ships. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (or provided after class if you choose shipping then).

What if I can’t make it after I book? Seats are limited. We recommend transferring your ticket to a friend. If you need to reschedule, contact us before the class start time and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
